Punch holes are Holes.

Do you ever color in the punch holes on your notepad while sitting in a lecture??? Well, I DO! It’s a habit, along with drawing all over my notes…
The idea illustrated occurred to me while I was trying to come up with something for a project… I was thinking of holes, and then the idea evolved into zooming in on a punch hole where a world of ideas swims beneath… the point I imagined? Stop hiding your thoughts, get out of the hole and start a new chapter!

Technique: Paper cutout

Ever wonder How they killed it?

This is what I think about politicians and their failed attempts at peace making ...
The mad man forced to watch is us..well who else could it be?
I sketched my idea first, then finished it in illustrator and photoshop :)

Cutting out vs. Filling in

I’ve always liked making images out of geometric shapes and repetitive elements…it’s just like Lego..the difference is that it's more fun when you make up the shapes as you go…This time I tried to experiment by cutting out my image rather than painting or pasting on a surface...it started out abstract and unplanned..about half way through I started searching for a way to make it connect :)

Comics...

These comics were done in our sequential format studio class.
It was initially a drawing warm up..each person drew one frame on a piece of paper and then it was passed on (randomly) to another person to draw the second frame..and so on..
It was really cool to pick up where someone else left off and we ended up with a bunch of awesome comic strips!
